This event will be held on the 07/07/07. New Zealand will lead the way with the first of the Maxwell House World Party to celebrate this special day for Old No7.
Hi All, here is an update for you.
Thanks to Clint for allowing this event to happen, and to his good wife Lisa who also shares a birthday on the great day.
Can you let me know what you would like to do in relation to the Activities, Accommodation, and Event Merchandise.
Paint Ball
This is on Clint’s farm, where a long and short course has been made.
Cost for paintball is $30-35 for the game which includes mask, gun and 100
Paint balls. I recommend overalls, camo clothing or other older cloths to wear. Bright colours stand out (tip for the day). Extra ammo is $10.00 per 100 rounds. Pay on the day
Accommodation
Clint’s farm, but get in early to book a patch of grass to avoid the rush. Bring your own tent.

Hangi
For the ease of things, we are asking for $20.00 to be paid into Clint’s account to confirm your place at this event. That way the Hangi can be sorted.
Clint will take some photos of the farm etc next fine day and post on the forum for possible campsites etc www.maxwellshouse.co.uk. If you haven’t checked it out, you’re missing out!
We may need some other activities if the weather is bad. NO FMX if bad! Paintball will still be on. Maybe a Jd’s poker tourney?? Any ideas welcome.
Merchandise
We are looking at making a “Maxwells House World Party 07/07/07 World Party” With a single barrel and the words etched into Beer handles. The cost looks like it will be at cost $20.00. Please indicate if you want one or two or more. These will need to be paid prior to the event. Clint spent his Fonterra payout at the field days and I got a kid now so we are broke.
So please, reply back with info about
1) Whos coming?
2) Pay for your hangi’s $20.00
3) Do you want to paintball? Yes or No
4) Do you want a patch of grass to pitch a tent?
5) Do you want the Beer Handles etched? How many? Once confirmed, must pay before I order them. (These are at actual cost)
6) Are you bringing stuff to sell? Is it expensive stuff? So people know to bring $$$. Do you want to Buy / Trade stuff?
7) Any other ideas etc.
